Request Help - Whenever offered, don't refuse it. Don't be afraid to admit you're not "Super Mom".
Keep a Daily Diary - A steno pad with baby's name on each side works well. Record all shots, medications, vitamins, etc., with dates and amounts, if appropriate. It will be very helpful at the doctor's office.

Take a Nap When the Babies Do - You need your rest too - get it when you can!

Feeding Two at Once - When bottle feeding, hold one baby and prop the other baby next to you, make sure its head is at a 45 degree angle. Reverse babies the next time, so each one gets a turn being held. When feeding solids, put the babies in infant seats and use one spoon and one dish. Don't worry about germs-they pass them to each other anyway.
Take Time for You - and your husband. The birth of any child puts a strain on you and your marriage. Take time to "recharge" you'll be a better wife and mother.
Breastfeed if you want - Many mothers of multiples breastfeed successfully. Daddy can give a bottle at night, or you can alternate bottle with breast.

.
Stay Calm - Healthy babies cry, but it won't hurt them. They will soon learn to wait their turn and to share mom..
Contact US - A local Mothers of Twins/Multiples Club is a must for support, comfort, friendship, hints, clothing, equipment - give us a try.
